LeanStay had a problem completing objectives needed for their clientele as well as a wasteful marketing plan for growth. Here is what we did:
Implementation Plan
Each part of LeanStay’s business model was examined and an enhancement was suggested.
It was difficult for the owners to accept that things could be better, until they heard our plans for a more streamlined approach.

Site users where able to understand the product in an effective and concise explaination leading to increased lead generation.

Sales verticals were identified and planning shifted to exploit those in a cost effective sales drive
Program Partners
Finding wholesale partners to help spread the word in local and more personal settings increased participant intake.
Participant Information
Participants received quality information about schedules and guides in a clear manner and increased their enjoyment of the program
Marketing Materials
Specific to the sales verticals, materials were created and included targeted emails, flyers, banners, and product give-aways
Expanding Product Offering
By diversifying the products available, we were able to market to a larger market for a better ROI.
